Farewell...and thank you...

We have great memories for a lifetime.

You were the best and made wise mature decisions. Continue on your virtuous path.

Shoot straight, tell the truth, and keep your goals. We will expect a lot out of you. You are the future leaders of this country.

I will remember that I was blessed to witness the Scouts in Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb Counties come together and travel to our Nation's Capitol and Jamboree. In the finest discipline you demonstrated that youth can have great fun left up to your moral compass many miles away from home. You have displayed the best judgement and character that any father would hope of their son. You rose to the challenges of the day and fitfully acted with strength and cheerfullness to all of the tasks. Remember that we can not get anything accomplished alone. We always have God where ever we go.

That is the key to your character.

Your command of the future will comfort the less fortunate. Share all that you have been blessed with. Let your light shine and share with others.

 Thank you to the Scouts that put the semi-final touches on our "Blue Man" themed troop gateway. We had fun designing, constructing, and gluing the  pieces of pvc and painting the areas that needed it.
